The group leader will assign you to a course using your email address. You will then be sent login details that you can use to access the course material.

The training is made up of text and videos. You can use your phone or computer to access the course.

It’s self paced, so you can take as long as you’d like. Everyone learns differently, so will do it in different times, but it should take around 4 or 5 hours.

That’s up to your employer. We advise that you have completed Event Crew Essentials I before your first shift.
